Yoga Classes

1-2-1 SESSIONS

Enjoy your private 1-to-1 yoga session at your own home or garden. Together, we will go through a medical questionaire (health screening) prior to our first session. This helps me to evaluate what you want, can and how you should practise. Based on your needs and expectations, I will then prepare a tailored yoga programme for you, which we will practise together in a safe environment. The range of yoga is broad: We can really go from weight-loss, becoming mentally and physically fitter and stronger, and learning to cope with stress (building resilience) to  further increase your lung volume with pranayama techniques and more.

The first session is about 75 minutes long as we will need some time to go through the health screening. 

​

Each follow-up private yoga class lasts 60 minutes.

Private classes are arranged upon request.

FREE PARK YOGA IN DIDCOT

With the days getting longer and warmer as well as dryer, we soon start again with the free park yoga session. Starting dates to be announced soon! This in-person event will be held at the serene location of Ladygrove Hill in Didcot. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with nature while enhancing your physical and mental well-being.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you will be guided through a series of gentle poses, focusing on breath control and mindfulness. Hatha Yoga helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

​

All ages and fitness levels are welcome! Feel free to tip me at the end of the class, if you enjoyed your yoga time. Remember to bring your own mat and water bottle. Come as you are, wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. So, mark your calendar and join us for this free outdoor Hatha Yoga class.

GROUP YOGA IN DIDCOT

Come and practise Hatha yoga with a group. We are all like-minded yogis and yoginis, beginners and advanced levels, young and old. You will be welcomed to join and practise in your own pace and within your own abilities. The focus is always on you and there is no competition or comparision within the group. Group classes are accompanied by silent and relaxing background music and I will guide you through the class.

 

The group sessions focus on overall fitness of body and mind mainly  including learning the teachniques of pranayama (breathing) and asanas (body postures). At the end of each class, we have short mediation and relaxation time on the mat in the lying pose shavasana.

Group yoga sessions are 60 min. and held 1x/week. 

​

You can reserve four yoga sessions for a whole month and safe money.
